Who is responsible. This tool is operated by Pankaj Nakhat as a personal, non-commercial project. Contact: pnakhat@gmail.com.

What is collected. No account is created and no identity is recorded. Specifically: no name, no email address, no IP address, no advertising or analytics cookies. There are no cookies at all.

What you submit. Your CV text or questionnaire answers are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (United States) to be scored by Claude, acting as a data processor under commercial terms. Neither Anthropic nor this service retains that text beyond the processing of the request. It exists only in memory for the duration of the request.

Lawful basis. Your explicit consent, given via the checkbox before you begin, for the sole purpose of producing your calibration result. You may withdraw consent by not using the tool; because no record of you is created, there is nothing to withdraw retrospectively.

Cross-border transfer. Processing occurs in the United States. Your consent to this transfer is obtained explicitly before any data is sent, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and Article 49 GDPR.

What is retained. (a) Your calibration result, under a random unguessable link, with no connection to you — it is private, and only someone holding the link can see it; (b) anonymous counters recording that a calibration occurred, at what level and with what confidence. The counters contain no identifiers and cannot be linked to any individual. All of it is public at /dashboard.

Rate limiting. Your IP address is processed transiently to enforce fair use. It is converted to a one-way value using a key that rotates and is destroyed every 24 hours, held in memory only, and never written to storage.

Uploaded files. If you upload a CV file, it is converted to text in memory and the file is discarded when the request ends. The file itself is never stored, logged or forwarded; only the extracted text you review and submit is sent for scoring.

Bot defence. Your browser solves a small proof-of-work puzzle before submitting. When the human check is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies your interaction; Turnstile is designed not to track you across sites and no captcha result is retained here.

Your rights. Under the PDPL and GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Because this service holds no personal data about you, there is no record to access, correct or erase. If you want a result you created removed, send the link to pnakhat@gmail.com.

Not professional advice. Output is generated by a language model against a published rubric. It is an opinion, not an assessment, and carries no warranty of accuracy.
